It's here, slithering out of its dank den and rising back up with a vengeance: Here There Be Monsters Con! This year we are bringing you our new event, Kai-Drew #1 Fight Time featuring artists Nick Pitarra (Red Wing, Manhattan Projects) and Matt Frank (Godzilla); a Sideshow Freak-Out Extravaganza; a dystopian master session with Darker Sho, where you will get to see YOUR story turned into a web comic; a delicious Bug Fest where you will learn how to turn backyard pests into delicious party hor d'ourves; a session of Testify, Austin's own tell-all story group; and our new From Out of the Dark horror film fest will be presenting the semi-finalists and finalists from this year. Apart from our regular programming, there will be a Magic: The Gathering tournament, with prizes from Outlaw Moon; game demos such as Golem Arcana (SOOOO COOL!!!), dozens of game, toy, comic, and craft vendors, plus food and a full bar. So come early, and stay for the day!"
